   My absolute favourite shop and small business. They offer the most beautiful, high quality clothes for little ones, turn around time is always so quick and the team go above and beyond to show how much they appreciate their customers. If I’ve ever had any issues it’s been dealt with swiftly and returns have been refunded without issues too. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my three young kids. Highly recommend if you want to support a family run business rather than the bigger companies, you won’t be disappointed with M&J!

   AVOID AVOID AVOID. Courier left goods in a rubbish bin and we did not get them. Company completely not bothered. Lost our goods and lost our money. Taking this company to court. Beware before you part with your money. My poor daughter is heartbroken. This company should be ashamed of themselves. You have been warned.

   Absolutely in love with the items I have purchased & the customer service i have received each time especially the help with my poor embroidery choice haha. Whilst I'm not the most frequent customer due to my daughter growing to fast to warrant x amount on such gorgeous outfits haha every time I have shopped it has been a pleasant experience. Reading the below reviews, I think customers are just beginning to expect multi million pound service from family ran businesses now days and whilst your not far off, unfortunately for the ones who moan, you have bills to pay and can't afford losses the same way gigantic companies can. Thank you for all of my purchases xx

   I purchased a couple of items for my little girl at around 3 in the afternoon and by 3 o’clock the next day they had arrived. Packaging was lovely and the items themselves are amazing quality, literally couldn’t fault a thing! One of the best small businesses I have ever ordered from, thank you!

   This is a fraudulent store, do not buy from them! On their website they said they would deliver within 5 working days, it has been over 3 months and I have yet to receive my order! When I chased them up, they said I am responsible for customs! Everyone knows it is the retailer who are meant to pay the VAT and Customs! I have alerted the authorities to their fraudulent practice and false advertising. You cannot claim to deliver to Europe when you obviously don't! I guess Millie and John thinks by being in the UK they can defraud European customers without consequences. They advertise themselves as a small family business, and I do want to support such businesses. But after this experience, I will only go with the likes of Amazon for online orders.

   Terrible service I signed up to their newsletter on the promise of a 10% signup discount code, which didn’t work when entered. It took me two emails to the company for them to refund the difference, which was done begrudgingly as they are a ‘small family business’. The items arrived and I removed the tag from one item to try on my son which didn’t fit so returned it and the others to the company. Again, I didn’t hear anything from the company so had to chase them to confirm they had received the items and were processing my refund. To be told they wouldn’t refund the first item and would return at my expense. This company has been a nightmare to deal with from start to finish and would not buy anything from them again. I am a new mum and do not have time to deal with a company like this.

   I brought two faux fur Pom Pom hats for my baby boy and I can’t honestly believe the quality of the product for the price! So lovely! And they come in lovely packaging and quick delivery! Will most definitely be ordering from Millie and John again for my friends who are expecting babies!
