   I have been twice, both times the staff were incredibly rude. They don’t smile, they stare at you, it’s like it’s an inconvenience you’ve entered the shop even if you don’t ask them for any help (not that they even offer to help). The first time I thought it could be because they’ve just opened in a new space so they could have been stressed from the move. Then I’ve gone for a second time and they were exactly the same. The staff seem miserable, it’s a real shame as I know it was a very popular shop. I definitely won’t be going back. Much prefer the new baby shop on York Road “baby store Doncaster”.

   After phoning for directions then travelling 40mins to look at prams here, on arriving it all Iooked nicely presented. I asked if could use the toilet (pregnant women need to pee more often), I was shocked when told no its not for public use, and on third floor anyway, 1-how ridiculous is that in a store that big & 2-surely that would be the individuals choice to make, when I pointed out pregnant (not that you could miss it), was still denied & directed to the public toilets outside (I had already passed them on the way in, refusing to use them). This is a babystore where countless of pregnant women shop & and they cannot/will not provide a toilet for its customers, I assume there is no baby changing facility either but they will sell you baby changing mats & units, or even a quiet breastfeeding area, I am disgusted with this poor practice and customer service. I left to find a clean toilet and needless to say I did not return and my pram purchase will be made elsewhere amongst other items. I would star it 0 but the system won't allow me.

   Wouldn't recommend sold a carseat that wasn't compatible with the pram (after telling my partner it was) told me to keep using as apparently it was safe for my 3 month premature baby, even though maxi cosi was saying not to use it.Ended up with a refund for the carseat and having to buy a different one from elsewhere. We also had numerous faults with our pram the owner was absolutely shocking her customer service seriously is dire ,ended up with me contacting citizens advice and having to beg for stork to take the pram back and they eventually gave a partial refund! Baring in mind the pram has a known fault with the wheels which ended up with the pram company recalling this model due to risk of injury!!! Positive feedback,some of the ladys who work behind the counter were brilliant and trying to help I can't fault them and do think the owner should take note on how to deal with customers like her staff do.

   I called the shop to reserve a pram and didn’t have to put a deposit down until 48 hours later. The customer service was brilliant and really helpful. Can’t wait to pick my pram up ☺️
