The food is devoid of any flavour. Ordered twice. Regretted it both times. Never again. Not sure how it hasn't shut down.
This is the first time I've ordered from new world Chinese takeaway the food was absolutely delicious the best I've tasted in a long time great portions I struggled to eat it all and I thought it was great value for the money I will definitely be ordering from there again
Really great food, I really enjoy swinging by from time to time to get their amazing food.
My go-to choice on a Sunday when my other favourite takeaway is closed Foods are always fresh here, but I do find it a little bland
Having been a long time customer I will not use it again. Having waited an hour for food, I called and they told me it was on its way, 20 minutes later no food and was told they couldn’t contact the driver for an update. After 35 minutes still no food, was told that they could now magically contact the driver, when I said the food would be cold after 35 minutes they charged track and said it only went out last time I called. Questioned why they lied the 1st time and they back tracked, when I complained I was told he only works there Saturdays and doesn’t know what to do (been the same guy the whole time I have used it). Terrible customer service and completely dismissed us when we tried to get to the bottom of where our food was.
Omdayzzz! New World Chinese Cuisine! Where do I start...the food is propa east Asian chinese hearty food. Thanks chef! But...for me the winner was the customer service from the time I called and ordered my menu all the way through to the delivery driver. Wow. Smiling, courteous, mannerful, professional. Wow. Please please please try to use my review as the better one. I highly recommend anyone to order, collect from this restaurant. Every aspect of an experienced restaurant will be experienced. Tock an hour to come and the food was warm . Noddles tasted fishy and prawns on toast was soggy . Very dissopointed. Havnt ordered for a while won't be ordering again .
very poor last 3 times, the past 2 where cold but before has been very good so gave it one last time and it hasn't even turned up, we rang at 6.30pm, was told an hour because they are busy (understandable), its now 2 hours on and hasn't arrived. why don't places like this just do what they can instead of being greedy! and letting people down!!
