   I visited this salon for hair straightening treatment, and the lady suggested me with a kerarganic keratin treatment. I immediately found a huge difference in the procedure she was following on my hair because I have been getting the keratin treatment for many years and kept asking is this the right procedure. She just applied one product and blow dried, and not even did proper ironing, couldn’t even do the sections well. She repeated the procure on my hair but no results even after repeat procedure. This wasn’t a professional hair straightening or keratin treatment. She uses a DIY product as a keratin treatment which doesn’t make your hair straight. She herself don’t know professional straightening/keratin treatment. When I raised a concern she raised her volume and blocked me. You need to refund atleast 50% of my money, very much disappointed.

   Hi ( this is my son’s account so ignore the name!) I can’t rate this salon enough. Danielle is amazing and always makes so much effort to get the results you are asking for. Danielle is also realistic and will advise you if she feels a different approach may be better. She is so friendly and approachable. I always get so many comments on how lovely my hair is when I’ve left the salon. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I would recommend her 100%

   Danielle really is a miracle worker! I tried to strip red from my hair at home by self and left it a pink and bleached mess. It under 4 hours she managed to transform my hair into a beautiful blonde! Never expected it to be so lovely and soft and ive had so many compliments about the colour. This is now definitely my new salon! The before and after pics say it all!

   I came here last month, asking for a blended shadow root. The photos below are all photos of the result, I also have a video confirming that. It's all after photos. When I mentioned that it wasn't blended and looked blotchy, the stylist raised her voice & told me that it's my hair's fault. Unfortunately a very unpleasant visit, with very disappointing results. If you're looking for a place to get your hair bleached, I would not recommend this one.

   The most incredible service! Danielle is a true Magician when it comes to hair! She gave me the most beautiful full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry. The colour is just gorgeous! The staff are all incredibly friendly, personable and accommodating. I have and will be recommending Belle Amie Rose to everyone and won’t be going anywhere else!    I have med/long layered natural medium blonde hair (uncoloured) and wanted a little subtle balayage in a light ice blonde to add dimension. Jess was my colour technician/stylist. She was so friendly, lovely & really listened to what i wanted and the results are just beautiful! I can’t believe its actually my hair its so pretty. The owner Danielle is also so personable, friendly & welcoming. The salon itself is stylish, modern, well organised, & a relaxing environment to be in. Highly recommended for technical excellence & world class customer service I’ll be back very very soon
