I visit the Ollerton Children's Society Charity shop most days. (Being a Dr Banardos baby myself.) The staff and volunteers are a credit to yourselves. Friendly, welcoming and always cheer me up when I visit. Thank You, and may 2026 bring the Charity well deserved funds.
Staff are always cheerful, welcoming and very helpful. The shop is clean, neat and tidy. The clothes smell good, you could wear them off the peg.

The staft very nice low prices and good quality items I bought pyjama bottoms for 1 pound 29 it was a bit dirty but after a wash it was fine
I am absolutely disgusted how I was spoken to today when I tried to donate items. The staff member spoke to me as if I were a child and was very rude. Ended up leaving the shop with my donations. I have donated here for years but will not be stepping foot in here again. She also shouted after me in the street! Absolutely disgusted.
Shut 10mins early and not answering calls, and shutter half closed blocking the door. Appalling.
Why say open ‘til 5 and be closed at 3:30?!
