   Sam is such a lovely nail tech! Friendly and honest. She listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the nail shop was immaculate. Cleaning was 5⭐. The shop was sterilized after each client and tools thoroughly sterilized before use. I felt safe in the environment knowing that Sam is exceeding the cleaning and hygine guidlines. I will 100% be back for an infill and I am a very happy customer!

   I would highly recommend this place. The lady was wonderful she couldn't do enough for us. I went in with my daughter as she wanted a very complicated nail design . The lady did it even better than the picture we provided. Very clean and welcoming.

   So basically I won’t be going back to this establishment again. I’ve had these nails on for about 3 weeks now. The nail tech was quite chatty which others may like. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. The finish product wasn’t smooth, but lumpy. I asked for some nail art to be done and again this was messed up, everyone knows it has to be a mirror reflection so painting should not both be in the same direction on both hands. My thumb started hurting when she put the liquid on and all I was told was to blow on it at first before being told to put it under the dryer. No prepare or aftercare advice was given. The price was bumped up from £20 to £35. The establishment was very clean, but the nails should’ve been on point.
