   Fatima is potentially a good hairstylist, but her weakness is that she can’t stay focused on one customer and get the job done properly, based on my experience. She didn’t give a damn to the final result and she was like ok it is wht it is and left me with hair allover my face a clothes while she could have done neatly. She is in rush to serve another customer, i was like ok you could tell me you don’t have time and i was happy not to wait . I had to do my hair somewhere else a week later because she has not done it properly and carefully it still need to be trimmed, i would not go back there . If you want to go i recommend to remind her to stay focused on what is she doing and finish it properly before moving on to the next customer and being anxious and stressed to serve more people.

   I would’ve given five stars to the worker who did my nails as she was lovely however I went to get my acrylics removed and initially the Owner said it would include getting ordinary polish over my nails at the end of removal which When she finished removing my nails said I needed to pay £20 altogether to get ordinary nail polish on my nails. I wish I had gone to the nail salon on end lane which is two minutes away instead of there. Won’t be coming back - left with bare nails.

   Don't think they like black women here. Went in off the back of a review from one of there regular clients. Just a walk in or eye brows threading with top lip wax. My eyebrows are a mess not even clean lines. My white friend eye brows spot on but my mine. Never again. Sad times when brown people hate on other brown people.

   After being let down right before my holiday, I messaged the Glamour and explained my situation, they managed to arrange me an appointment and the service was amazing, very professional and friendly. The lady, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I definitely will be returning

   I had my eyebrows threaded and a pedicure done at Glamour Beauticians and I’m really happy with the results! The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My brows were shaped perfectly clean, even, and just how I wanted them. The pedicure was also relaxing and well done, with great attention to detail. The salon was clean and had a calm atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality beauty treatments and professional service.

   Salon is extremely unhygienic. Equipment and surfaces are greasy, dirty and not sanitised or disinfected. I developed a foot infection after having a pedicure here.

   I had my root colouring done and I was quite disappointed. I’m quite a frequent customer however this time there was no difference to the before and after of my roots after the colouring. I asked for a refund (albeit I don’t live in Manchester so I had to wait until I’m back so two weeks later) and they refused even though I had proof of time and dates and before and after pictures were taken within 24 hours. They still refused to even give a partial refund. I’m disappointed, they’ve lost a frequent customer, as I’ve never going back there.

   They ruined my hair, I asked for chocolate hair colour they made it dark dark dark brown, and bleach my hair well I am pregnant! They never said sorry as well! Very upsetting! All my hair burns in the bottom ;( I called made an appointment for fatma to do my hair! She was too busy as always!

   I'm not happy with hair cut. It is awful. Glamour Beautician looks professional salon, but absolutely not. I recommend them to go to the Manchester college, at least for level 2 hair and beauty. unrecommended. It's just waste your money.
