We were let down by a nearby salon and the ladies at Gloss managed to squeeze in my very upset little girl despite being busy! I can’t say enough good things about the salon, and Maria who cut my daughter’s hair. They all made her feel really special and her hair cut was fantastic! I highly recommend this salon as Kate really knows her stuff and made my hair look great, giving me a restyle. I've had lots of compliments on my new style so a big thanks to Kate. I booked via treatwell and was even given a discount as the allocated appt had to be changed a little. Olaplex used as standard as conditioner and a lovely coffee was provided too. What more could you want. I also saw someone have a lovely cut by the owner who is also very talented. You couldn't go wrong here. Leave adequate time for parking as it is a busy area.
Kate did such an amazing job with my hair. She was so attentive and informative - I showed her what I wanted and she delivered!!! I received so many compliments from people and couldn't be happier with how my hair looks! 100% I will be going back and would highly recommend Kate!
Zoe and her team are more than fantastic. I’ve never liked hairdressers, actually preferring the dentist, but Zoe has converted me!! I really would recommend The Retreat to everyone! Thanks Zoe and keep my grey hair coming!! X x
Zoe did a amazing balayage on my hair, was exactly what I wanted and was much cheaper than what I was expecting! And Claire did a great job with my mums hair, she was over the moon with it. Definitely recommend!
Love this place for colour and cut. Relaxed setting, great hair and great price. Have tried others in the area but this is the best. Zoe is great and always goes above and beyond to give good service.
