Have been here many times and my hair always turns out exactly how I want. The salon is always super clean, with a really nice and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended :)
I booked in last minute for a hair updo and I was not disappointed!! The final look was amazing. Faria was so kind and kept checking in to see if I wanted to make any changes or if I wasn’t happy about something. Got so many compliments all night. I highly recommend and would definitely be back for future occasions!
Had my first ever pedicure! The lady who did mine was lovely and helped me pick a nail polish colour. The salon has a really nice atmosphere and is a very clean and professional place. I really enjoyed my pedicure and I hope to be back soon. Thank you so much! edit: had my second pedicure, just as good as the first, will definitely be coming here regularly for pedicures

Farah, the lovely owner, and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind and always offer complimentary coffee or tea, which adds such a nice touch to the whole experience. Amanda is absolutely amazing when it comes to men’s haircuts and coloring – she really knows her craft and always delivers perfect results. Mozdah is an expert in facials; her technique is both relaxing and effective, leaving your skin glowing and refreshed. Everyone at Charm Salon is not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasure. Highly recommend this place – it’s a hidden gem!
To say Farah is an absolutely amazing beauty therapist is an understatement! Me and my sister both had a deep cleansing facial with microdermabrasion. Farah made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed from start to finish, gave me excellent guidance on skin care tailored to my specific needs (which I have needed for so long!), and explained every step she was doing and how it is beneficial for my face. I would recommend this 100 times over to anybody looking for a facial. Thank you for making mine and my sisters first facial an unforgettable experience! We will be back!!
Had an amazing experience in the salon today. Farah is so professional that you can see straight away that she knows what she is doing. Had facial treatment with her and I’m so happy with results after first time. As I do have quite problematic skin she took care of me and explained all aftercare that I need. Her own cosmetics range is fantastic. For sure that I will be back soon. Best salon ever xx.
Faria is extremely kind and professional, and has been cutting my hair on many occasions at this time. My hair has never looked that good since I have met her, and it feels nice to finally find a hairdresser that really understands your needs.
I am terrible at taking care of my hair and never have been happy about haircuts until now. Fariah is exceptional, extremely professional and understood exactly what I needed. She also speaks French and Spanish, and is of lovely company. Highly recommended ☺
