   I’ve been going to Roya’s for years for both my eyebrow threading and my hair (colour and cut), and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ruksana and Sam are absolutely amazing and so down to earth. Every time I’ve trusted them with my hair, I’ve loved the result, their judgement is spot on. They’re both so chilled, friendly, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience really enjoyable. There’s such a lovely girly vibe every time you walk in. Keep up the amazing work, Ruksana, you’re incredible!

   I’m absolutely in love with my balayage! The colour is beautifully blended and looks so natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Sama did a really good job and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My hair looks and feels amazing — I’ll definitely be back!

   I wish I got the name of the main hair dresser who worked on my hair. She was beyond lovely and my hair turned out beautiful. There was another lady who also worked on my hair who was extremely heavy handed and left me head sore! I flinched numerous times and she apologised but never changed. I will definitely be avoiding her in the future. They also don’t inform you how long you’ll be sat waiting for the dye to process- I wish they did so i could’ve planned when to order lunch or not find it awkward to ask if I can go outside for some fresh air like a child. Being asked if I was the online booking by a lady sat in the chair doing her own hair left a bad taste, I’m assuming she was the manager given the way she spoke to her staff regarding the decor at the front. I don’t believe it’s something a customer should be hearing especially a first time customer. The salon became extremely stuffy leaving my eyes dry- I wish they had windows to open to let out some steam or ventilation. I’m not sure how they are able to work in them conditions. Just a little note- when booking through Treatwell they don’t specify the length of hair for example I booked for medium length as my hair isn’t too short but most definitely isn’t long it’s just passed my shoulder however when I went in they charged me an extra £15 saying it was due to the length of my hair. When I mentioned I booked it online and wasn’t sure they almost went into attack mode which certainly isn’t the treatment I’d expect.

   For years I’ve been getting my hair done at Roya’s and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and Roxana, the owner, is a lovely person. She’s always welcoming and chatty. The staff also give honest opinions and offer professional hair advice. The outcome for the overall look is great.
