Spent a lot of money on a delivery, when food arrived, one dish we ordered, vermicelli with duck, arrived with no duck,just vegetables. Half the dish was poured onto plate,then realised there was no duck. Phoned straight away to tell them ,only to be told we ordered the vegetable not the duck. My wife made the order and she definitely ordered the duck. The woman on the phone kept saying we ordered wrong,not that they made a mistake. (Conversation went on quite a while) No apology, very stroppy. In the end they said they will send duck dish and we send back vegetable dish and pay price difference. As half the dish had been put on plate that was not an option. Had we sent back the veg dish what would they had done with it, resold it? So when you order, repeat order to them 3 or 4 times,so they understand, and get them to read it back. Never using them again, their loss.

I donβt usually leave reviews, and it takes a lot to genuinely frustrate me, but my experience with this takeaway was unacceptable from start to finish. I placed a large order for my family, expecting around a 35-minute delivery time. I didnβt mind if it took a bit longer, but what followed was nearly two hours of waiting, constant calling, and being told repeatedly that βthe driver is on the way.β After 45 minutes with no update, I called and was told the same thing. Another 20 minutes passed, same answer. Eventually they even gave me the driverβs number β which should never be my responsibility β and when I called him, he told me he was delivering other orders first and hadnβt even been sent to me yet. So clearly, the takeaway was not being honest about the timing. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked. Most of it had a strong, gone-off, almost rotten smell, like expired fish that had been left out too long. It was completely inedible and went straight into the bin. Only the deep-fried squid was okay, but everything else was impossible to eat. After spending good money on a family meal, this was extremely disappointing. The whole experience β the long wait, the lack of honesty, the stress, and then receiving food that smelled spoiled β genuinely ruined what was supposed to be a simple, relaxing evening after a long day. I will never order from here again, and I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

Found them on Uber eats but ordered through their official website as I was able to collect. First time ordering through them and the lady on the phone was very helpful to guide me through any queries about the dishes. Online order was very easy and straightforward. If you want to pay with card then use their online website to order. Everything we ordered was amazing! Iβm very picky with my Chinese and this place exceeded my expectations. The food had an authentic taste and very good portions, will definitely be my go to Chinese spot from now on. I will highly recommend you to try it, 10/10

I ordered food and asked for garlic in the food which was promised I phoned the person up who I spoke to originally whosaid sorry must have forgotten I said the noodles have no flavour response was we don't put garlic in them after agreeing g the mussels were full of beard said they would send garlic in a cab around 30 mins the food has no flavour seaweed full of had bits It's okay saying g sorry I asked to colle t noodles etc ssid they can't a total wasteb

Been eating there food for years and always been fantastic, we noticed the shop shut for 2 weeks around the time of our loverly Queen parsing, had 5 freinds over last night 23 October 2022 and I recommend this Chinese, we spent over Β£75, omg I don't know if they have charged management or cooks but the food was so bad, chicken chowmain with no chowmain just cheap spaghetti with hardly any chiken in it, 3 portion of honey ribs cooked to death, dry hardly any meat on them, lamb curry but no one new what meat it was in this curry? Thai chiken curry with blocks of conprest tasteless pretend chicken in it, the other meals well we just picked at them as we was all so hungry, the only good bit of his order was the 5 pancake rolls, curry sauce , not interested in a refund or any replacement meal we just won't use you ever again, back to green river Chinese in collierow.

Β£10 for egg fried rice and salt and chillie prawns. Portions were very big and i got free prawn crackers. And in all honestly the rice was pretty nice but the prawns were a dissapointment.
