    Not impressed with my last Brazilian blow dry. After only 3 weeks since having it done it still left my hair still wavy even after washing and drying it straight. Spoke to Marie about the curls underneath and at the back & was told she could wash it to get it straight. The whole point for having this treatment is so you can wash and straighten it yourself ?? She was quite rude and advised that maybe it doesn’t work for me and not to have it done anymore instead of helping me or giving me my money back! Awful service and a waste of £150!

    Staff are really friendly and professional. I have eyelash extensions and hair highlighted and both girls are amazing at what they do which is the reason I keep coming back. They also listen to what you want and I cannot praise them enough.

    Such a real shame. The 1st time a used this salon I was so impressed, however maybe I got lucky. I went back today a consultation and if agreed the exact same I had done last time. The records were unclear, the owner had no clue what I had done last time which ended up with no hair do. Result is a day of annual leave wasted. Oh this was a planned appointment via Facebook, which at no point was I asked to ring the salon. Now they just told me this is an expectation. Lesson learnt not to assume the same high standard of communication other longer established salons have.
