   I had my hair done by Shelbi and she did such an amazing job I can’t recommend her highly enough!! We had a consultation in which we discussed what my goals were for my hair colour and cut and then we came up with some inspiration photos. For the actual appointment, Shelbi was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease after not getting my hair professionally done in over 8 years! My hair is exactly how I wanted it and actually it turned out better than I thought it could! Can’t wait for my next cut and colour with Shelbi!

   I first had Charlotte do my hair almost 2 years ago after meeting her in Greece. After 10 years box dying dark brown we decided to go light. We expected it to take lots of patience and time but she managed it in just one visit. My hair has never been in better condition and I get compliments on the colour every time I go out. She has also recently done my teenage daughter’s hair after home dyes. The transformation of her hair was un real. She is an amazing stylist and colourist and well worth the 90 minute round trip to get to. All the staff at this salon are so professional, kind and welcoming. ❤️

   I had my balayage done here yesterday and it was everything I wanted and more! My hair stylist bought my vision to life and also made me feel so comfortable. Hospitality was also amazing which means a lot to me. I highly recommend coming here and will be returning myself!

   The salon has a lovely friendly open feel. Every stylist is amazing! The makeup artist Charlotte is a super talented at creating wonderful looks. Amanda is the queen of coloured hair! Couldn’t recommend the salon enough! If you want rainbow hair like me she’s the lady to hook with.

   I have been going to Ilisha for a few years to get my hair done and she is absolutely amazing! I’ve had various colours and styles done and I always love the results. Everyone in the salon is so lovely, I can’t recommend the colour studio enough!

   I am very upset with the result of my haircut at this salon and regret ever going there. They made mistakes which forced me to cut off so much hair after trying for years to grow it. The story is that I came in on Friday for a trim, at the end i was told by the girl it looked perfect so i went home happily. When I got home my husband said omg it's completely wonky (see first photo). I sent them the photo and asked them politely to either partially refund or fix it. The girl agreed to fix it on Monday even though communication was not easy (replying after many hours and no apology yet). On Monday she cut more off and then took a photo to show me immediately, I told her that it's still uneven based on the photo (which she now denies happened - but hasn't agreed to send me the photo she took of me so that says something). She then cut MORE off to fix it again and I went home happily thinking its fixed for good. My husband looks and says its not straight at all (see photo 2). This time I am really upset that my hair is that short and ill have to cut it AGAIN! I sent them this photo and said 'please can I get a partial refund as I need to redo it'. From here they got completely unprofessional and rude. The response was ' No you can't get a refund' (no apology still!!!) along with trying to convince me that it's a perfectly fine cut. Then I was contacted by the girl who actually cut my hair on Whatsapp telling me how she gave up her day off for me and she is a single mum etc etc... i'm a very understanding person but none of this makes up for my ruined hair!!! Basically, no ownership was taken and they made me out to be the bad one in the story somehow. Overall the communication has been very childish and immature. I would not recommend coming here for a cut.
