   I was very disappointed with the Moroccan hammam service. The experience felt rushed and poorly executed, with little attention to hygiene or customer comfort. The staff were unfriendly and did not explain the process, which made the experience uncomfortable rather than relaxing. For the price paid, the service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hammam. When I reported the issue to Nadia she just said she had took new staff and tried to excuse the rude behaviour of her staff. I expected at least for her to discount for the service at least, but fully charged me when I was actually very upset! Nadia I won’t be coming again! The staff not only rude but lie too

   This was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It was a birthday present from my daughter, and since it was my first time trying anything like this, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff were warm, patient, and incredibly attentive, instantly putting me at ease. Every detail felt thoughtful and relaxing. I walked out feeling refreshed, cared for, and already thinking about when I can return. A truly memorable gift and an experience I’ll be recommending to everyone!

   I visited Nadia's salon with my mum, and we both had such a lovely experience! Nadia was so friendly, professional, and really took her time to make sure our hair turned out beautiful. We left feeling very happy and confident with our new hairstyles. Highly recommend her salon, we’ll definitely be coming back!

   Nadia and her team are hard working, respectful and professional beauticians. Nazak styled my hair with utmost care and dedication. She is absolutely lovely. She listened very carefully and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend the centre to my friends and family. I haven't tried any other beauty treatments yet which the centre offers.

   Have just been for my hair to be coloured, Nadia gave good clear advice and helped me pick the best colour for my skin tone. Her assistant Layla was fantastic also. I understand the business is expanding and i am looking forward to a hammam experience with my daughter.

   It was overall a good experience, i went with a friend and i had a hamam and facial whilst my friend had a massage and facial. It was a good experience treatment wise, all the staff were very helpful and did a great job.
