Absolutely first class service and styling!!! JT2 never disappointed...had my first ever braids done today and just being in the salón was a delight, such a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Keesha did an Absolutely stunning job with my braids, so professional and perfect ❤️❤️❤️
Had the best experience getting my hair done for the first time here today. Denise, and all the other members of staff were so friendly and welcoming, they’ve created a really calm and inviting environment. Denise was amazing and has so much knowledge. My hair has not felt so soft and cared for in such a long time. Can’t wait to go back in six weeks. Thank you guys
After many years of having extensions in my hair, I decided it was time for a change. My daughter had recently visited Jed Techniques, leaving with amazing results. It was lovely to go back to my original hairdressers from all those years ago, family vibes. Denise and her staff are amazing. It was really nice to see some old faces and new ones. The head massage i received allowed me to enjoy the best sleep in a long time, i am so happy with my results. Thanks again, JT2

Excellent service I take my daughter to get hair done. My daughter has a sensitive scalp and it hurts her to comb her hair. the staff are good with her and she doesn't cry when they comb her hair. I also used one of their specialist oils for my hair which was thinning and nearly balled I have noticed a significant Improvement in hair growth around that area of my head. Outstanding place friendly staff.
I'd almost given up on loc maintenance. I could not find any service in Manchester and beyond London that could tighten my locs to a very good standard. I have tried many salons and private individuals. I've had my locs smeared with tubs of vaseline or front done well and back where I can't see left. I found Denise at JT2. My lucky day. She knows hair, HAIR no discrimination!! She understands customer care! She understands maintenance. Thank you Denise for taking the time to do a very good job. You were my last trial. If your service hadn't gone so well, the next stage was chop and wig.
I had my hair done by Elise and when I left it was soo shiny and soft and my hair was flowing. She trimmed just the perfect amount and the staff are soo polite and lovely. Will definitely recommend to go here!!
Came in for a last minute wash and blow dry - Staff were incredibly friendly and gave me sooo much information on how to care for my natural hair and braids. My second time visiting and the service is always top tier. I really felt like my hair was treated with love and genuine care, which is what every black girl needs ❤️
