A lady named samina was continuously talking on the phone while doing my eyebrows and she ruined mine. Threaded unevenly and cut the hair on my brows making it look horrible. Even did not accept her mistake. Continuously talking about her one dish party and zero interest in work. Very unprofessional.

I like this place. They are lovely and professional. I don't understand why someone is given them a poor review without any explanation. I believe this is unfair. Poor reviews without an explanation probably comes from a competing business or from someone hates success. The purpose of the review is share a costumer experience not unjustifiely destroy a business reputation. Keep up the good work and ignore the unjustified reviews. You are great how you are.
