   Excellent service, I have been attending this salon for 9-10 years, and I have always managed to get an appointment of choice with Sonya, even when I call at short notice. My hair cut and styling has been carried out exactly to my request. The salon is clean and well presented, with comfortable seating throughout, even throughout a recent renovation. The service has always been very pleasant, and all the staff seem to be happy at their work, all customers seem to be greeted with a smile. Highly recommended.

   It's a beautiful salon and Sonya was amazing! My hair was really long, dye was washed out and it was generally unkempt, I showed her an image of what I had in mind and she's done it really nicely and well. I'm very happy with the quality of the hair cut, it's lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders and gives a whole new look, thank you :) x

   I had another lovely experience at Diva getting my highlights redone and a trim. Sonya took good care of me, I had a very relaxing time. Was very happy with the colour and cut, just wanted a little enhancement of my natural tones, and was happy about the good price with a student discount.

   A pictures worth a thousand words so take a look at these pictures of my “natural looking highlights” by diva. Firstly you walk in and despite no other customers being there I was ignored and felt like if accidentally walked into someone’s lounge. The lady barely asked me what I wanted put my foils in etc. The hairbrush was dirty too. Because my hair is thick so was taking a long time when another customer came in she began to run late for him. Which in her defence I forgot to warn her how thick my hair was but she made me feel almost guilty about it. Either way she definitely started to do more of a rushed job as she was running behind. End result was these terribly streaky highlights. Although the light in there was so dim I wasn’t aware quite how bad they were until I got home. Then I run up and was made to feel bad for asking for them to tone them out because they were so striped. As the hairdresser said “yeah they are supposed to be striped they are highlights”. End result after then being “fixed” was the picture with the green scribble. So yes don’t be tempted by the cheap price as there’s a reason for it. However saying all this the lady was nice.
