I had such a wonderful experience! The staff was welcoming, professional and attentive, making sure i was comfortable the entire time. My nails turned out absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!
Utterly awful service. There were quite a few customers in as its a couple of days before Christmas, but I asked how long the wait would be and was told not long. An hour and a half later and I was still sat waiting. Other people who came in after my mum and I, who were having acrylics, were done before US. 4 different people came to do my nails at different times. They were a total rush job, to the point where I even had to ask the woman to paint to the edge of my nail. My mum's nails are rough and have patches missing.

I was more than happy with the service I received today. The young man doing my nails was serenading me to ed sheeran as he had been to his concern so was showing us on his phone a couple that proposed on stage, it made for a bit of fun. It was very busy. I thought it was a bit pricey but I didn't ask before getting them done.
my big toe nails falling off I can feel it coming loose when I have my socks on,only just had them done yesterday and paid £40 for them !!!!!! And she even cut my toe
