You ought to be ashamed of yourselves making an appointment at 2pm on a Sunday for a pensioner who travelled in the pouring rain to find that your shop was closed. This is no way to treat any customers let alone a pensioner in her 70s. How would you like your parents or grandparents to be treated this way?! Shame on you!

Made my daughter wait for 45 Mins. Then the unprofessional rude technician told her she doesn’t have time to do her extensions and can only do gels. When I called she had no remorse, she says these things happen. Don’t count on being seen even with an appointment.
What a great experience, fabulous decor, friendly atmosphere. Carmen has been doing my nails, lashes and brows for several years and I can honestly say I’ve always been more than pleased. I’d 100% recommend Beaut for any of your “Glam” treatments. Nikki also does my hair, and can I say, she’s a star. Listens to what you want but willing to give advice for cut and colour. Fab salon! Ive been going to beaut for over a year now getting gel nail art by Erica AMAZING!!! No matter what design I give her she will always go above and beyond to recreate. Everyone in the salon is so lovely and such a vibe. 10/10
