   Emma is my hairstylist and I can say wholeheartedly that she is amazing at what she does! From my first ever consultation meeting with her, I could tell she is someone who is dedicated, honest and very knowledgable within her field. I am so glad I made the move to go to Emma as she has brought my hair back to life and spent 6 whole hours colour correcting the damage that my old salon did. Ever since then I have been going to her, she is the loveliest person, never discriminates and is very accepting. She will ALWAYS take on board what her clients are looking to achieve with their hair and provide the best advise and explain the process of what she will be doing. Emma is someone I look up to and I admire her work ethic, she goes out of her way to book in clients and is constantly making sure she provides the best service. The salon is always clean, organised and a friendly atmosphere. I love that I can also talk to Emma about anything, it makes the time go so quick too! She also greets anyone who enters the salon with a smile and her positive nature is reflected throughout the whole time you will be their for your appointment. Honestly if you are looking to get your hair done, go to Emma you won’t regret it!! I often find that with South Asian hair not many people will know what works for us, but with Emma she is experienced, constantly educating herself and applying all the techniques in her work. Her pictures and clients reviews speak for themselves!!! Best hairstylist in the field ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Had my hair transformed off Emma at Pout and wow is all I can say!! My hair is exactly how I wanted it. Emma is amazing at what she does and I would definitely recommend. Salon has such a lovely atmosphere and I felt very comfortable.

   Emma did balayage around 6 months ago, and it is still looking as beautiful as ever. She tops up my roots every 5 weeks to keep away the grey and has recently given me a fresh cut, and I absolutely love it. She is always so professional and informative and knows when I haven't been looking after my hair. Rather than doing a treatment I want that may damage my hair, she will advise me on what is the best option so my hair can repair itself and won't damage it any further.

   I had booked an appointment for a balayage with Emma and was charged just under £200 for a two-hour service. Unfortunately, the result was not what I had requested or expected. My goal was to achieve a darker tone and healthier-looking hair. However, the toner she applied faded within a week, and the brassy tones quickly reappeared, leaving my hair looking almost exactly the same as it did when I arrived at the salon. After discussing this with Emma, she refused to offer a solution. Throughout the appointment, Emma made several comments about the poor condition of my hair, which left me feeling quite disheartened. A visit to the salon is typically something to look forward to, but I left feeling disappointed and upset. Given the outcome and the cost, I most definitely cannot recommend this service and would strongly advise other women to really reconsider before booking at this salon.

   I won’t trust anyone or anywhere else to do my makeup for any event I might have. Kieron is my go to makeup artist but I have used most of the makeup artists in pout and they are all great who have been trained by Anna to a very HIGH STANDARD… Can’t recommend enough been going here for the last 5 years and always leave very happy and looking fabulous.

   Anna is incredibly talented and so passionate about what she does. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my make up done. Anna will always try to accommodate you even through busy periods and is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. Would highly recommend!

   Visited Pout many times over the past couple of years and always absolutely loved my makeup done by Summer. Very nicely decorated, modern and clean and tidy. Ran very well by Anna with fantastic MUA’s such as Kieran.
