   What a beautiful hidden gem!! It was my first visit to Pure beauty salon in Swinton and I was so impressed with the warm welcome I received from Katie. I booked in for a Shellac Pedicure and I was so impressed with her attention to detail, professionalism and warm personality.An excellent job. I booked in for the following day for eyebrow and lip waxing and these time again I was warmly welcomed by Stephanie who did an amazing job. Absolutely delighted on both days. Beautiful and spotless salon and the ladies are very knowledgeable at everything you ask for. Not to mention the rewards card is an amazing incentive!! Pure class service at very affordable prices.

   I have been attending Pure on a (approximately) monthly basis for around 5 years. The ladies are pleasant and the treatments have been to a good standard, however in my view the customer service has let the establishment down on this occasion. Having never re-arranged an appointment with less than 24 hours notice before during the last 5 years I had no idea how rigid and unfair their policy was until last month. I telephoned in advance to re-arrange a treatment to the following day only to be told that the treatment would be charged in full despite the fact on treatwell it showed the beauticians were available for most of day. £30 was subsequently deducted from my account without my authorisation. I was extremely disappointed that there was absolutely no discretion given by the Manager to re-arrange the appointment (not cancel it) despite my loyalty and custom over the years. I am also unaware of any beauty salon who charges in full for appointments, it is usually just a 50% cancellation fee. Needless to say the beauty salon has lost my regular custom. In this economic climate customer loyalty should be appreciated. So in summary, whilst you may wish to book an appointment because of the positive reviews, please be prepared to have your card debited in full if you give less than 24 hours notice to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, even if the salon could in theory accommodate you.

   This is the first time I goto Pure. Everything is so good. The place is cozy, comfortable, warm and clean. Katie is very professional. I had an Indian Head Massage first then followed by a Reflexology, all my stress and tension are relieved and I felt so relaxed and happy after the sessions. I will defo come again and bring my friends too.
