It’s hard to put into words what an incredible professional Leona is. She has been my therapist for 17 years now, and I never take for granted how lucky I was to have her guidance with my skin throughout my late teens, 20s and now into my 30s. She really has been with me through all stages of my skin journey. In my early 20s, Leona helped me to navigate an unexpected outburst of acne. Having had clear skin all my life, this had a huge impact on my confidence and self-esteem. After a year of being put on courses of antibiotics and creams from the doctor, I finally listened to Leona and started on Environ. My skin was clear again in a matter of months and I’ve never looked back. From there, she’s helped tailor my treatment over the years to combat any signs of aging. Knowing my preference was to take the natural route, she’s put me on various bespoke packages which I know with absolute certainty have ensured I’ve been able to avoid Botox etc. The knowledge she’s imbued me with has been priceless and very empowering, allowing me to make informed choices about my skin, treating it both internally and externally. As a person, Leona is a rarity. Knowledgeable beyond belief, professional, experienced, funny, kind and warm. My treatments are as much as session for the soul as they are for the face. She is the best kind of therapist in every respect and an absolute perfectionist at what she does.
Leona’s facials are amazing leaving my skin feeling and looking wonderful. The cool peel followed by an Environ face mask treatment felt fabulous and has left my skin glowing. The whole experience is so relaxing and the products/treatments are tailored for my skin each time so I know whilst I’m relaxing the products are working to repair and nourish my skin. Leona has been my nail technician for over 16 years. My nails always look great and I’m regularly complemented on them. I enjoy spending time at the salon and often come away having learnt about new products and the latest treatments that I can use on my skin. Leona has lots of knowledge when it comes to skin care and she’s always happy to share and advise. She has many strings to her bow whether it’s massage, skin care or nails, it’s definitely worth booking an appointment with her, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been having a caci facial regularly for over 20 yrs and I have to say that Leona is so professional and caring and gets incredible results. The best facial I’ve had. Leona has been doing my caci for me for about 4 years now. I can’t rave enough. Highly recommend. My only concern is that she will be too busy to fit me in !!
