Came to have my daughters nails done off Eva, I hadn’t made an appointment, just thought I’d try out look anyway Eva was so accommodating, she was very knowledgeable about my daughters nails and knew exactly what my daughter was asking for. Very quick service will definitely be coming back in the future.
Biab builder gel and colour. I can’t believe how quick the whole process was! All done in less than 40 mins and so much choice! Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
I have been coming to nailtastic for years and never had any issues! the girls are all lovely and very accommodating, with perfect results every time definitely recommend for a walk in nail salon.
The past two times i have tried to get my nails done i have rang and asked if im able to come in and they have said yes. When i went to the salon the first time they said come back in an hour but they had closed when i came back, this was 30 minutes after being told. The second time they told me no i cant get them done. In my eyes this is unprofessional.
My daughter came here to have her Christmas nails done here and what a waste of £38 and nails she is now stuck with all Christmas. Her skin has been broken through vigorous and careless filing. They are thin and not the shape she asked for. They are different lengths shapes and thickness. The French tips look like they’ve been applied blind folded. I am furious as there’s nothing I can do about it now. I wish I had checked the reviews-huge lesson learned. These are by far the worse set of nails I have ever seen in my entire life. I wish my poor daughter had the confidence to speak up at the time as she said she really hurt her as the file tore a hole in to her skin. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Unnecessary prolonged appointment as they don’t have enough staff so would alternate customers every 5 minutes. Didn’t get what I asked for and we’re heavily overpriced. Not to mention how rude the staff are.

You have totally wasted my time this morning saying that the shop wasn't busy and when I arrived 10 minute's later there were 4 people waiting to be dealt with. You've just lost a regular customer by being so disingenuous. Not great customer service at all.
Booked my appointment on facebook and it didn't get written in the appointment book so they weren't expecting me, was asked to wait and hope the next client was a no-show (which they were). Apart from this, the lady who did my nails was very friendly, they looked good, and the price was very reasonable.
