   I've had my party makeup done by them twice and each time I was genuinely impressed with the results. The makeup looked flawless, lasted all night, and was exactly what I wanted. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they deliver. If you're looking for professional, reliable, and stunning makeup, I highly recommend them!

   Lemme just start with saying I slayed my bridal due to this woman she’s amazing and soft hearted and took care of all her customers . The stafff were lovely and patient they took their time while waxing me and let me say I will be back again and again.

   Very dirty salon, foot tub for pedicure was filthy and didn’t work, pedicure kit was not sterilised and had gunk stuck on which later gave me an infection. The staff was rude and rushed through everything. While waxing the lady rushed it so much without giving wax the time to stick properly which lead to hair breaking instead of removing from the roots. Poor quality nail colours and waxing bed was also not clean at all! Edit : please don’t act like you don’t realise how dirty ur salon is. U walk in to that place everyday yet u don’t know your equipment isn’t clean and what is the level of hygiene at your own salon? This is very unfortunate and does not comply with the standards that u have to abide by BY UK LAW! Get yourself a steriliser and more than 1 mani pedi kits and sterilise them ! How can u use the same kits on multiple people? Do you not realise what a huge health hazard that is and you could get sued for it! And please train your staff to be polite and friendly , they’re not doing your customers any favour we’re paying our hard earned money for the services and they receive a salary for it they’re not doing us any favour!

   I have been using this salon for 6/7+ years. Basra is one the loveliest ladies I know and have encountered with however she has poor judgement on staff. Particularly the staff who wax. So if I was you- don’t visit after 5pm as you will be rushed, burnt and left unfinished because you want to escape the room. I had wax poured onto my semi permanent lashes due to the woman rushing for her then to scrub them with baby oil, she was asked not to touch the hairline and she took more than usual off, had the heaviest hands when applying the wax & pulling off so I won’t be back.

   Went in for face threading and eyebrows before my wedding. Salon is a little hidden, but staff guided me when I rang them, no issues. Staff were friendly. Price was very reasonable. Eyebrows looked great but face was a little patchy, when I got home and looked in natural light I had to go over some bits but only a few so overall 4/5
