   Lovely and friendly atmosphere. I don’t get my nails or gel done very often, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was quickly made to feel comfortable and listened to. My nails were done very well and professionally, and when I contacted them afterward to fix a small detail, they immediately offered me a nail repair appointment. Really positive experience. Thank you!

   I love this place, what an absolute gem. Been going here for years and it’s always like coming home to friends. My nails are always perfect. The audacity of some young girls leaving bad reviews for gorgeous small local businesses is laughable! Please ignore the teenagers in the reviews, they seemingly got upset because they don’t understand the need for local businesses to put in place cancellation policies, to protect the income of their staff. And then the friends of this girl started a pile on! Shame on them. Please respect local business policies girls, don’t hurt such a great place with your lies. Let’s be kind. :)

   This salon has a distasteful and ridiculous cancellation policy with zero understanding and empathy of customer and their lives!! And then adversely, I will get to my appointment and still have to wait up to 20 minutes sometimes, so how does that make sense? The staff can also be quite cold and I understand that money and sales is of course important, but what gets missed in this is the efforts to build customer rapport and brand loyalty. There are so many other salons in the area and I would recommend you try others.

   I have been going to the nail lounge regularly for over a year now and would definitely recommend to anyone! Everyone at the salon is absolutely lovely and they always do a perfect job of my nails. The services are reasonably priced and the dipping powder lasts for several weeks and doesn’t chip. Lovely staff and great service. Thanks so much ladies!

   First time at this salon wanted to treat myself to some nails as mine very brittle. Due to health problems reluctant to have acrylic that could be too harsh so went for dip powder and was surprised pleasantly at the finish and strength seemingly off the finished product. Girls were lovely (sorry can’t remember names) and it was a lovely atmosphere. Had French finish this time abs really pleased. Will be back in a month or so and will try colour next time!! I will review how these nails have performed then but overall very impressed and hope to be a future regular.
