Had my lashes done here recently (lift and tint) and they’re the best I’ve ever had! Staff were friendly and a lot of attention was paid to getting my lashes perfect. Definitely recommend!
Lash are top quality. She does mine full, long and natural looking just how I like them.
I suffered a severe allergic reaction and injury to my eyes after having lashes at this salon. A consultation was not carried out, though I was a new client, and if such had been done I now understand it would have become evident I was not suitable to have the lashes done at that point in time. This has been confirmed by multiple reputable beauticians as well as medical professionals. The patch test, which I requested, was not conducted correctly and didn't allow for 24hrs between testing and the treatment itself. With both of the above in mind, the salon had no information about allergies or ailments before conducting the treatment and as such had not carried out due diligence checks to ensure the products and treatment were suitable for me. The salon have been evasive and not interested in a providing a resolution going forward and both the salon and therapist have refused to give any insurance details to myself or solicitor. This is extremely concerning and makes me fear for any clients who may suffer injury or similar in the future if the salon does indeed not hold insurance and/or is unwilling to pass these on when an incident occurs. Despite training beauticians in lashes, they do not appear to follow their own advice in terms of consultations and how to safely perform a patch test. I have a copy of their training guidelines which the salon owner herself did not adhere to. When I left a review on their Facebook page (with the wording from above) and responded to a question from another customer they swiftly deleted their public page. It is simply not good enough to avoid this situation and pretend it didn't happen instead of being professional and dealing with it. I'm still open to contact directly or via my solicitor.

Great little place,all the staff are lovely I've had quite a few different treatments here and they've all been done to a really high standard.
