The staff here are always incredibly lovely and friendly. The facials and massages are incredible! And when I'm unsure about what my skin needs, the staff have an incredible knowledge of the products and benefits of each treatment. Whenever I am there I can't help myself having a look at the clothes they sell there too. Lovely collection and I have treated myself quite a bit in that shop!!

Hi, its the first time I have been since its refurbishment, it all looks good, relaxing and luxurious. You now have to pass through the clothes and shoe sections before going into the beauty salon. I saw some lovely shoes as I was passing through which I ended up buying. The staff in both areas are lovely very welcoming and make you feel at ease. Lovely experience all round .
Fantastic! First time I've been here and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Really happy with my nails and chuffed they could fit the appointment in so quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
