   have my nails done regularly with Natalie and always brilliant,recently had my eyebrows waxed also and again everything was perfect. The salon is always very clean and there is always a great atmosphere.

   Beautiful salon which does such a wide range of treatments. I absolutely loved it, the staff were lovely and chatty, made me feel so welcome and were all so helpful! Nails are amazing and love my hair. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!!

   REALLY disappointing!!! The girl that does the lashes can only do the D/D+ curl lash extensions...but doesn't tell you that until after she's put them in!! I was very specific about what I wanted, showed the girl 3 pictures as examples. At no point did she say she couldn't do them. The atmosphere was dead, no conversation, no small talk...it felt like she couldnt be bothered. She was actually quite rude. Felt extremely uncomfortable and had to endure her humming/singing along to the radio over my face with onion breath!!! She then ended up having to prise open my right eye as she managed to glue my eye together AND get glue in my hair. After over an hour later she presented me with a mirror.....I have never been so disappointed, upset and frustrated...I looked hideous!! What a monstrosity!! She was rude and clearly annoyed that I didnt like them. It was extremely awkward with little input from her apart from a very moody face. She said, "it was a last minute booking" and "I only use D and D+ curl fans" NO EXCUSE....all.she had to say before even starting on the lashes was that she was unable to do the style of lashes I'd shown her and I would have respected that and walked away. But instead, I look like Coco the Clown!!! She was rude and said "well, I can take them.of but will still have to charge you for the time" The cheek, she wasted MY time, caused me much inconvenience, basically lied to me. I left there highly distressed, I go away tomorrow and am really not happy. Needless to say, I will not be going back and would not recommend for anyone to have their lashes done there unless you're going for a hideous look for a fancy dress party!!!

   I’ve been going to Natalie at darcie dolls for over a year and my nails are always amazing and last for weeks! I’ve also had lash lifts with her and they always look lovely. And it’s such a lovely friendly environment! Would highly recommend xx
