EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE We have been to b.biscuit twice, our first visit in April 2022 and October 2022. We purchased several items on both occasions. Store stock : The quality variety and colour of the clothing is very impressive. Service : Katie went to great lengths to ensure our order was complete, and delivered on time to meet postal deadlines for sending to Australia. Great selection of clothes , bright and colourful and a nice alternative to the big chain retail shops around these days. I like that they stock locally made items too.

Brilliant customer service - placed an order Sunday afternoon with free delivery (free if you spend over £30) and was expecting 2-3 days to recieve this. However, my item was hand delivered Monday morning (dispatch address in the same city as the shop but I just couldnt make it over in the timeframe I had for needing the item). Really impressed with the fast and efficient service and absolutley love the items - exactly as pictured and described! Would highly recommend this shop! Thank you very much for the great service!
