   I booked an appointment for 1.30pm for a threading. When I went in staff wasn’t aware of my appointment. Made me waited for almost 25min. Only go to this salon if you have a plenty of time to waste. Lady who did my threading was good. Management needs to work on their responsibilities.

Ms. Sahista (not too sure with the spelling) did a great job, the haircut itself exceeded my expectations and I am so happy to have A-Star Salon near my home.    I got a facial done. It included a hot Stone massage on the shoulders neck, back and arms and was very relaxing and decent priced! The products used were organic and so have a natural smell rather than a perfumed smell, but they are worth the skin benefits.

   AVOID !!!! Had gel manicure booked via treatwell. Terrible cuticle work, uneven shape at nails after filing and WORST of all- she left a HAIR in at the 2nd coat of polish and completely ignored it. Also 3 more Bubbles at other nails which she didn’t bother buffering off and re-doing. Complete waste of money - they are cheaper than other places for a reason.

   Terrible experience. Appointment cancelled twice, both times 5 minutes before the appointment when we had already set off. This is no way to run a business. Avoid!!!
