   I’ve had my nails done here many times and always gotten the designs I’ve wanted! The team are all so lovely and welcoming. I always leave with exactly the nails I wanted, will never go elsewhere ◡̈

   I normally go to this place and have a pleasant experience however went today and the male technician who did my biab nails was not very friendly and was also extremely rough whilst filing my nails manually and also with the electric file. I pulled my hand away as he was hurting my skin and he gave me a dirty look to which i responded it was hurting me and he just carried on doing so , no apology. Through the whole experience i was uncomfortable and in pain and he actually left 4-5 of my cuticles bleeding due to the electrical file. After leaving the salon my skin around the nails was burning and now i cant even wash my hands without immense stinging during and afterwards. He shouldnt even be doing nails if he cant be gentle and respect that he is causing someone pain. Ridiculous.

   ⭐ 1 Star I went in for a nail appointment and unfortunately had a really poor experience. When I asked for the colour to be changed because it wasn’t what I originally requested, the technician became visibly angry and walked off. I later found out he was sitting in the back eating while I was waiting. When he eventually returned, he didn’t speak to me at all and was rough and aggressive with my hands. Overall, the service felt rude, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Definitely not what I would expect from a salon experience.

   I’ve been going to Hollywood nails since 2009. They have always done and amazing job. The pics are my most recent sets. I absolutely love them. Would highly recommend.

   Hi Hollywood team. I had my nails done infills today and very happy. I think the owner is called Lee. She is amazing, greeting all the customers on arrival. The prices are fair for what is done with patience. I have tried many nail saloons, but this is the best. I also meet a girl called Molly, as if I have known her for years. YIOTA
