   My husband went there today to inquire for myself to get a manicure as I was in work. Not only was the woman rude to him but also when he asked to make an appointment she laughed in his face and said "No" with no reason and nothing more. The store was empty except the workers so it wasn't like they were busy. They are in a dying area and lost business. I noticed mainly women actually get service so clearly she was being sexist even though he was asking on my behalf. Avoid this place as you clearly get treated with disgust.

   Absolutely, the worst hair experience ever! Was really unprofessional was asking clients to tear the foil strips, and dealing with 2/3 other clients, dirty towels overall very unclean. Took over 4 hours, and after all that did not get the hair colour in which I wanted! They were overpriced. So dissatisfied!

   This was my first time visiting and it was the 50% off on a Sunday so I thought I should visit, when I arrived the atmosphere was just like any other salon and the woman was nice but when I was getting my face waxed I specifically told her to not make my eyebrows thin and don’t do the baby hairs but unfortunately she made them extremely thin but the baby hairs were kept which was fortunate. Im a very very hygiene person but I saw the woman just about to double dip the waxing stick into the hot wax which was USE ON A PREVIOUS CLIENT was very uncomfortable and unhygienic bearing in mind i have sensitive skin and eczema will all due respect that was dirty and horrid . I did tell the lady twice the wax was too hot it felt like it was burning my face and she claimed it was fine but it was too hot it should of been tested on her fist before she applied it into a client . I came at 3 and I got the service done at 4 we waited an hour and I felt so uncomfortable everything was so unhygienic and I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this place was great it said 4 stars but unfortunately for me the visit was unpleasant.

   Rose was very professional. She talked me through the processes and what to expect in detail, helped me choose an appropriate type of light therapy for my skin concerns and was good to chat to throughout the appointment. Highly recommend. The sports massage with Charllote was fantastic. she is clearly extremely knowledgeable and was polite and conscientious, ensuring I was comfortable and tailoring the work to my specific requirements. she even gave me some exercises to perform at home to help improve my imbalances. Thanks!

   I had hair colouring done along with my sister. The staff offered us half price discount so we decided to take offer even thou it was late; which she was fine. For the price she has done terrible work. My foils didnt get the colour i needed. Bleaching was done wrong, my whole hair looked a mess afr wash. My sister had her roots done and burnt her face. Her colour have faded too. I am not a person who usualy puts a bad review but this had to be ponted out for other people. Hard earned money has value.

   I had hair straightening treatment in this place. Very worst service provided. One lady started the treatment and left midway asking other lady (who is newbie and never had any hair straightening experience) to proceed. Nobody has done the treatment properly. In addition they sold a shampoo and conditioner for after care which costed £10 but I fact I purchased the same product for £1.99! They care very less about customers which was very evident in their behaviors! Total waste of time and money! I don't recommend this at all.
