   Really surprised by the service. I have spoken to Steven a few times enquiring about services and each time he has been very rude and aggressive in his communication. I’m not sure what his issue has been however nobody deserves to be spoken to in such a manner. I’m sure people may have had positive experiences with him, however I certainly have not. I am a business owner myself and would not dream of speaking to my clients in the way I’ve been spoken too. No apology provided and I’m also not expecting to receive any in the future. Terrible customer service.

   Well what can I say. Had systems on n off for a few years, with exorbitant prices. Steven made me comfy immediately, he knew what he was doing and did an awesomely good fitting cut and styling. Extremely happy with the end result and would recommend in a heartbeat. And the price was so good as his price lists show, I even gave him a £20 tip!!! Will definitely be returning monthly minimally to have my ‘new locks’ refreshed. Thanks Steven!!!! Keith
