   I tried to book an appointment twice. It was confirmed and both times it was cancelled by Ella (hairstylist) on the day of just a few hours before. First time canceled 10-15 minutes before my appointment (just a few minutes before she told me she would be 15 minutes late). Second time she cancelled a few hours before. Felt messed about. It takes time to organise the kids to be watched and for my husband to help out as these appointments are long. From this experience I will not be using this salon.

   Ella is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Made to feel so safe with covid, very welcoming and offered drinks etc. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to achieve it- and the price was so fair, I expected to be paying at least a third/half more than what I did! Will definitely be returning :)
