   I highly recommend this hair salon. All the staff are very helpful welcoming and so chatty and funny loved having my hair done here. It took 3 hours full colour cut and styled. They was all very busy but they made me coffees I didn't want to go home. My hair was amazing so give it a go it's well worth it. 18th of November 2024 this review posted.

   Don’t listen to the bad reviews, I’ve been here twice recently and my sister has. Wonderful staff and beautiful salon, has been newly renovated new staff and manager in the last few months the girls are all very professional, offer a wide range of refreshments while having your treatments which was a lovely touch. Made to feel welcome and lovely atmosphere!

   DON'T BOTHER, worst hairdresser I have ever been to, salon was untidy, only one member of staff working, this was a Groupon offer, had highlights just looks like massive blotches of dye, supposed to be a pixie cut looks nothing like it, had hair blow waved by beautician was in the salon for 4 hours 20 minutes. My daughter also had her hair done she has since had to go to another salon to get her badly cut hair rectified. I believe that the 5 star reviews could be questionable.

   UTTERLY SHAMBOLIC - ABSOLUTE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was a really bad experience. I rang on the Friday asking for an appointment and I was kindly offered 9am on the Saturday morning. I had explained that I needed an early appointment as I was travelling to London and needed to set off at 9:45am. (My haircuts usually take only 15 minutes or so) I arrived at 9am and was welcomed and asked to take a seat. That was the only communication I received whilst in the salon. I waited and nothing, then another customer entered the salon and was placed in a seat to begin, I overheard how someone was meant to be in but at another salon but no-one told me this. It was 9:15am and still no-one had approached me to explain why my appointment was late. A lady arrived and began some nail treatments and they were all having lovely conversations and where to holiday and their plans for the day. I was still sat - in the small cramped and dark waiting area at the back of the salon. 9:30am arrived, unlike the person who was meant to cut my hair. Still nothing, absolutely no-one in the salon thought it acceptable to inform me of anything about my appointment or to even apologise, offer a drink, reassure me someone was on their way or to acknowledge me in any way. At 9:37am I had no choice but to leave as I couldn't wait any longer, I certainly couldn't delay my trip so I had to leave. It was an utter waste of my time and of my life - I will never get that time back. When I left I just said I couldn't wait any longer, that I'd wasted my time. I could have said much more but the service was truly appalling, shambolic and the whole salon seemed immature in the way it conducted itself, not very professional at all. Anyone who says great service and lovely staff are probably not genuine customers. Avoid this place, grow your hair or go somewhere else. I will never in my life, ever step foot back in the salon ever again.

   Had my hair done by Hailey who was really nice, chatted to me and my little boy while we were there and made us feel welcome :) She did a great job on my hair and advised me on what colours i should get and the result was great, this was over a month ago and i still love it now! Planning on going back for my little boys' hair cut and for mine touched up when it needs it :) Great service and lovely staff. Thanks!
