   Am from the north. Seen all bad reviews and I still ordered as others peoples opinion don’t matter to mine. Mrs loves this place and every time I am down here I have to get the chicken omelet. It’s to die for. Fresh hot and lovely food. Will come back every time I wm in Essex

   This is our usual Chinese that we order from at least twice a month but tonight has been the worst experience we've had with a takeaway. Food still isnt here 2 hours after ordering keep getting told food is with the driver. You call them and they leave you on the phone for 20 minutes whilst continuing to take orders when they can't even deliver the ones that have already been made. A customer of 3 years has been lost tonight will never use again.

   Terrible experience - we only received 4 out of 7 items ordered and when we rang them they said they’d send them straight out and we would receive them within 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later we still didn’t receive anything so I rang again and asked for a partial refund as our meal was ruined, only to be told they can’t do that and we can have £5 off our next order, which is a joke. We have been loyal customers to them for a long time and will never be ordering from them again due to their customer service.

   where do i start, the food was on par with that of which Remy from rattatltutfr would cook minus the French rat and instead a bunch of Chinese chefs . I ordered the beef chow mein and upon a swift delivery i promptly dropped it on the floor as I was amazed by the quality of it, i had to let the floor try some. The geezers behind the counters were sound. Hooray up the kitchen express please order very good very cheap lots of yummy food to eat

   Placed an order on Deliveroo called up 45 minutes later to find out where my order was and they said we don’t deliver to me ? Claimed he called but never did! Terrible service, unhelpful and just plain rude.

   4.5 reviews on Deliveroo, wish we checked Google reviews first!! Everything tasted microwaved, anaemic chicken balls, bland rice, weird sauce on chilli beef, ribs with 5% meat, even the curry sauce tasted like a powder packet from Iceland. And this is the first Chinese takeaway I've come across that don't give you free prawn crackers?! £40 later and my belly is still rumbling :) do not recommend.

   What a joke! Made from some pre packed frozen junk, they didn't even bother to stir the ingredients together. Garbage, tastes like cardboard, stay away! I'd rather have the cheapest Iceland meal than anything from Kitchen Express
