Jasanmol was lovely, I had a brow wax and tint very last minute and she was able to fit me in. She talked me through the process and then always asked if it was ok before she applied the wax/ tint. We had a lovely chat too!
I won’t go anywhere else but benefit in Trafford, specifically by Iona! I’ve been going to benefit for years but the last year I met Iona who is amazing. Her customer service skills, her warm energy and her amazing talent of brows, 1000/10!

I had an eyebrow wax and tint by Iona at Boots Trafford Centre. She was wonderful, very attentive and friendly. Put me at ease as soon as I sat down. Asked what I wanted out of my appointment and made sure I was happy with every part of the experience. 10/10 experience would definitely go back and would highly recommend Iona. Liz was a super Brow Expert at Boots in the Trafford Centre and was so happy and smiley on my arrival. I booked online line and so greeting me by name was a lovely touch, She clearly knew her products and the Benefit brand. She was a genuine advocate for the brand and the products, but not in a pushy way. She listened intently to my wishes for my brows and offered advice and guidance too. She took her time which made it feel even more relaxing and I got exactly the brows I wanted. She was super hygienic and I left feel very happy with my brows. I highly recommend Benefit Brow bars, and especially Liz, for all things Brow maintenance.

Had a lovely experience last Wednesday with Anna! I'm a bit of a tom boy but a few years back discovered the joys of Benefit Eyebrow wax and tint and haven't looked back since! She made me feel at ease and talked me through everything as she was doing it. I'm a bit of an introvert but Anna and I had a great chat and I came away with the best brows I've had done in a while!
