   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I know it only allows five, but trust me, this deserves more) Mai Salon Manchester deserves a public service award for what they did to my hair. From the very start, the email confirmation and reminder were so good I felt emotionally supported before I even stepped through the door. Efficient. Reassuring. Almost comforting. Then I met Bex (Rebecca) — hair wizard, mind reader, and all-round top human. Completely professional, instantly understood what I wanted (despite my vague “I don’t know, just… nicer?” explanation), and her people skills are second to none. The chat was so good that I forgot I was in a salon chair and not just having a catch-up with a mate — blink and the appointment was over. Shout-out as well to the person on reception/assisting: full of chat, genuinely lovely, and the perfect balance of friendly and professional. The whole salon has immaculate vibes — welcoming, relaxed, and zero awkward small talk (a miracle). Now… the HAIR. I went in looking like I’d been raised by wolves. A complete mop. A situation. I left looking polished, styled, and shockingly respectable. Bex did my hair to such a high standard that even my family approved — and they do not hand out compliments lightly. I’m still processing it. The price? Fantastic value for money. Like “did I pay enough?” value for money. Absolute bargain for the transformation that took place. In summary: • Excellent service • Elite-level chat • Hair resurrection achieved • Wallet still intact If you want to leave a salon feeling confident, refreshed, and slightly smug about how good your hair looks — book Mai Salon Manchester. I hadn’t had my hair cut in nearly a year, and it had become thick, heavy, and dull. I booked a haircut with styling, and from start to finish, the experience was lovely. The hairdresser gave me a beautifully layered cut that truly enhances my natural waves. What I appreciate most is how low-maintenance it is—after washing, all I need is a bit of styling product and my hair falls into light, airy waves that feel effortless and look great. It honestly might be the best haircut I’ve ever had. Thank you! ☺️

   Have always been nervous about going to the hairdressers as they never seem to get it right but I have finally found my salon! Such a fabulous service , had my hair coloured and styled and Khanh was both friendly and professional. She really listened to what I wanted and then went above and beyond to achieve a style and colour that was beyond expectations. The staff here really knows what they are doing, can’t recommend this salon highly enough. Best in Manchester no doubt!

   I came in for a bit of a tidy up and some TLC for my hair on Tuesday and had a lovely experience. My stylist Saffy was an absolute pleasure.
