   My stylist Dylan, was great. She was really attentive and took the time to talk through what colour and cut I was looking for. She was extremely professional and really lovely and I left with a stunning balayage and a great cut , exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be re-booking.

   First time visiting the salon. I booked in for a cut and blow over the phone, arrived to be told I’d booked an express wash & blow. Lovely young lady but absolutely no idea what she was doing. Such a disappointment, I payed £21 for a coffee and to get my hair washed, looked 10 times worse when I left than when I arrive. First and last time visiting.

   Mesmerising interior like sitting in a flower garden. Hair Lounge is a warm and friendly hair salon with a team of passionate hairdressers that strive for perfection. My jet black Asian hair was transformed into ash browns , changed my entire look. Definitely will walk out the door looking younger, Maegan took her time, did every bit of my hair with love and passion. Everyone is so lovely as well, which just makes the experience that much better. I’m so pleased that I stumbled across this salon! Will be back again

   Jude gets it right time and time again. I came prepared with photos, expressed what has changed with my hair and off we went. She is communicative throughout and does refer back to the photos throughout the process. Especially since I'm trying to get my hair back to a style after it was ruined by someone else who cut it poorly. Jude has been clear about expectations of what is realistic to help me achieve what I want. I will happily keep traveling out to Oldham if it means Jude will keep helping me with my curls. The entire salon staff is friendly and kind, you can see the comradery amongst them which is always lovely to see.

   Just moved near the area and I'm so glad I found this gem of a salon! Very professional and love the small touches, e.g. offer of tea/coffee/prosecco/hot choc on arrival where do you ever see that! The place is decorated lovely. I went for balayage/hair correction. The service was wonderful, Shannon was more than happy to explain how we can achieve what I want and really lovely to speak to. You can tell everyone wants to give amazing service. Balayage has turned out great I love it. Absolutely love the blow dry Shannon did, the waves are so beautiful. Sam, the owner, is also really lovely. Great atmosphere. I'm definitely going to be returning. 100% recommend.

   I have been coming to Best kept secret since it opened and I would not choose anywhere else. Staff are lovely, shop is gorgeous and you get 5* treatment. The little touches of a glass of Prosecco make it feel like a total treat. Posting this today as Best Kept secret yet again has put a smile on my face. Love this salon, Sam the owner should be proud

   Best stylist, best colour, best cut I've ever had amazing head message, genuinely friendly, welcoming staff, great value for money. Ellie at Best Kept Secret was recommended by a friend... I had a short phone consultation before visiting the salon to do a colour sensitivity test. The salon is well planned out, large, bright, has modern equipment and is beautifully presented. All the staff are friendly, helpful and happy. At my appointment, Ellie provided a full colour consultation; her suggestions were based on my preferences, hair type, life style and skin tone. I loved them all. Ellie went about her magic, including the most relaxing head message ever, whilst another team member kept me topped up with delicious coffee. I could gush forever having had such a great, unique all round experience, but you should try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed.
