   Imagine spending 1.5 hour of your time just for an eyebrow wax appointment which had been booked well in advance. This included more than 1 hour waiting period. That too had to leave without getting the finishing you expect from a "professional" (although I question their professionalism and competence now) and being told that "I can't keep doing this over and over".(Then why don't you do it perfectly the first time madam, you think I like getting the wax strips on my face ???) I could have done a better job myself with my tweezer. They also gave me a wax burn on my face from my last appointment and upon showing them the burn they didn't show an ounce of regret, let alone an apology and rather saying "I have never seen a wax burn getting scarred??" Are you even serious? !!! You think I am fool??? This makes me question their experience big time! Highly unprofessional, rude and incompetent staff!!!! Wish I could give something less than 1 star

   I will never go there again. Staff are very rude. They didn’t apologise when they left me for 40mins in the seat with wet hair waiting for the finish off. Next day I washed my hair and so much colour came off and the whole bath was full of the colour she used. I didn't feel welcomed there. It's like they are just nice to the costumers they know. From my side I would not recommend them as they didn't seem very professional to me. I will go somewhere and pay a little bit more money with good quality than to be treated like this. They left the colour in my hair for much longer than the 30 mins they said.
