   Worst haircut and unacceptable comments from the hairdresser. I asked for a U shaped layered cut. I left with a curly blow dry so didn’t realise she had missed huge chunks of hair. It was only the next day when I straightened my hair you could see how much she had missed. Please see photos for how bad it was. A full £45 wasted here as I had to go elsewhere and pay again to get it fixed. Also the hairdresser made disgusting comments about how she’s moved out of the area because she felt there were too many Indians in Gatley, and she only wants clients who are British. Completely unacceptable comments and behaviour.

   This woman is THE BEST hairdresser i've ever gone to. She experiments (and exceeds at doing so) and my hair appointments will be here from now on. She makes sure you're comfortable, and she is amazing at what she does. 5 stars.

   Absolutely love my makeup done at aura beauty studios . She's was very welcoming and listened to everything I said . I wanted a natural but still glam look. Love the eye makeup especially as made my tired eyes pop. Will be booking again very soon . Highly recommend xx

   Booked a 1 hour full body massage with Imrana. Came away feeling like I was 1/2 stone lighter. Really thorough massage with great pressure maintained throughout. The feeling of all the knots in my neck being massaged away was bliss. Highly recommended the full body massage and it’s something I’ll now be booking more frequently.

   I have been coming here for the past year now for facials, eyelashes, eyebrows, makeup and hair extensions! I would highly recommend. I am here literally every other week for a treatment and have never left disappointed. The products used are of such high quality and the services are provided are of such great standards.    Had nails done. They chipped after one day but that wasn't the worst thing. The extension was applied to one nail as it was very short and the glue clearly went through onto the skin which then burnt me. I had to get my nail out quickly as the pain was unbearable. She suggested I was 'allergic' to the lamps (not at all because I've been having my nails done for years and once the glue had glued my skin the pain went!). Most of the nails were not even filed and the extension was just cut off and barely filed so is obviously longer and a different shape to the others. The colour was really uneven but I couldn't be bothered complaining at the time as I just wanted to leave after being burnt, not to mention that the nail drill cut my skin. Genuinely the worst nails I've had done. Photo is after one day. Three of the nails look like that. Waste of money. Hopefully my usual salon can rectify the situation.

   My eyebrows were done nicely. What I am upset about was the customer before me. She asked me if I had any change because the business doesn't keep enough change to give back to customers. I gave her what I had as I would take it off my treatment price etc and she was asking for more as if I was hiding change somehere. So Basically she wanted my money to pay her change which the company owed her. The worse part was she didn't even thank me. So rude !!!
