   Great hair colour and cut, Stacey knows her stuff and always does a fabulous job. I’m always confident that she’ll apply her fashion-forward knowledge to my hair whilst also making it a really wearable style. The new salon in Lees is such a nice space, so relaxing, spacious and airy with high end interior design, not at all intimidating as some barbers/salons can feel. Great views too out of the windows as you’re sat at the backwash to relax to as you get your hair washed. All very well thought out and planned to make the customer feel at ease and welcome. Then Stacey gives the added personal touch to make you feel good and enjoy the pampering experience of getting your hair done. I always enjoy my hair appointment and look forward to it even more now in the new place!

   Where do I even start... sausage dogs, foils and champagne! Firstly I want to talk about the actual service provided. Stacey and her team are extremely skilled and passionate in all that they do. Previous stylists have left me with green hair, breakage and discolouration from bleach. Stacey is so passionate about the quality of your hair that she will never perform a treatment that she believes would cause damage and will be very honest and open about it. For this reason alone I have so much respect and full confidence in her service. Her knowledge around hair colouring assured me I was in good hands and I have to say I was left absolutely loving my colour!! Secondly the customer service here is like no other. My first ever visit I felt instantly welcome and the team made an effort to introduce themselves and welcome me to the salon. Stacey made the decision to work right through to midnight after hearing we were going into another lockdown. This is the only reason I managed to get a slot. She had already worked right through the day but she put her clients first and did everything she could to support. What an absolute trooper! A couple of locals brought champagne to thank the girls for their hard work and the rest of the night was an absolute ball. The fact this salon has clients who will do this for them just showcases the community spirit they bring to the area. I never leave reviews but last night was one of the most random, yet amazing experiences I've ever had in a hair salon and with the quality of my colour on top of this I had to share it. This is now my go to, not only because of Stacey and her teams professionalism and skill but because the atmosphere this place has is like no other. Thank you for everything last night and letting me start the new year with a beautiful new hair do! You have a customer for life!

   This is an amazing salon everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was so nervous about going to a salon as I am new to the area. Stacey made me feel so welcome and at ease, we had a consultation and discussed what she thought was best for my hair and what I was looking, so setting a plan out. My hair is in such better condition which has improved my confidence and it’s a little me time to get pampered. Thank you so much, I couldn’t recommend this salon enough x

   Finally found what I was looking for - an amazing salon! Having moved to the area 15 years ago, I spent around 10 years looking for a salon and stylist that I was happy with. Stacey and her team haven't disappointed at all - every visit is a pleasure, not only are the whole team friendly and welcoming, they deliver impeccable & professional service every time -client satisfaction is a clear priority. In addition to this, Stacey's passion for the industry and her desire to continuously grow and develop the salon's knowledge, products and services is completely refreshing.
