   I am posting this for my partner Jean. she has been going to this hairdresser for numerous years and has always come back happy. the staff are always welcoming, friendly and professional never had a bad colour or haircut yet. I think the bad reviews are really wrong they have obviously gone somewhere else

   My son has been been going to this hairdressers since he was a little boy - he’s now 17. He’s very anxious, and gets quite upset in spaces that are not familiar. But here he has never once felt uncomfortable. He’s always been treated with respect despite his age, and he is always very happy to go because they listen to him and ask him what he wants. I highly recommend this hairdressers 5⭐️

   HORRIBLE OWNER! Worst experience. I definitely wouldn’t go to this salon. If they mess up your hair they take no accountability of it and just turn it around on you. She’s made people cry! A girl who works for her dyed my hair BRIGHT ginger highlights when I asked for dark auburn. She told me it wasn’t ginger when I looked like Annie. Now my mums been in and I can’t even begin to tell everyone about her experience. I would avoid this hairdressers! What a horrible woman to treat clients like she does. She doesn’t deserve to be where she is. My mums a shy and quiet woman and to be left crying in her chair while the owner does nothing but continues to tell my mum it’s her fault. I can’t even go on about the rest. I can’t wait for this salon to be shut down. It will happen if this owner carries on with her unprofessional manner and no emotion towards her clients.

   I've given 2 stars just for the fact fhe girl who did my hair was nice! I asked for my hair to cut to be sat on my shoulders, this is way way too short! £25 for just a dry cut is also expensive! Will not be using this place again!

   Brilliant staff very kind ,helpful and respectful. I have had a few hairdressers over the years but hand on my heart this is by far the best hairdressers I’ve ever used. I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I WOULD recommend it to anyone with a 5+ star ratting. You will not be disappointed.

   I've been coming to Creations for 10 years or more and have never ever received a bad experience. I have always been treated with the upmost respect by the staff who have been very courteous and professional at all times. I have trusted staff to colour, cut and restyle my hair and have always left feel fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble Lynne and staff at creations have become real friends! I would not hesitate for one minute recommending any of the staff at creations.

   I have been coming to Creations for nearly 2 years now and they never fail to let me down, the staff are all lovely and take their time on each clients hair and do it to the best of their ability. I have my hair coloured and cut and I love it every single time, everyone comments on it and I would extremely recommend it as a place to go if anyone is thinking about getting their hair done!
