I was really pleased with the haircut I had in December and booked another this week. That was confirmed by email. Arrived on time but the place was locked up and deserted. A guy washing his van said she only comes when there's an appointment - it seems she doesn't come then, either. Tried phoning but it's a landline and I was told 'you have dialled incorrectly' even when I clicked from the website. I watied 15 minutes.Totally unprofessional. If, for example, she's ill, the appointmebn should not be confirmed and there should be a notice on the door. Fortunately, although I booked online I chose to pay on the day otherwise I'd have lost my money, I won't try again.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the hair salon! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were attentive, but not annoyingly in your face with it, and made us feel truly special. They took the time to listen to our preferences and provided expert opinions, resulting in a haircut that exceeded expectations. The attention to detail was impeccable. Very impressive. The whole salon was really clean, with lots of light, and obviously well-maintained. We felt so comfortable throughout the entire visit. Also, the range of services offered were great. Including complimentary prosecco or hot drinks. It's clear that the team here is passionate about the work, and it shows in the results. We left the salon feeling brand new, and I've received compliments on my new style. I can't recommend this hairdresser and the team enough – they are true professionals who are so hard working and excel in both skill and customer service. I will definitely be returning for my future hair needs!

My girlfriend has just come home after her appointment and cried her eyes out. I have to admit, when I saw her hair I was in shock. The “balayage” she’s had done is absolutely awful! Not the colour she asked for and so streaky/patchy! It honestly looks horrendous. It’s that bad she doesn’t trust them to fix it, so we’re about to go to Tesco to buy some dye and dye it back to her natural colour.

Has absolutely ruined my hair !! First time I had a colour I liked it so returned again and asked for exactly the same !! Was a total mess. Went back again to have it put right. It’s looks so dry and yellow. Said I was growing it but cut way too much off. Definitely not returning.

Went to this salon, after lot of great Google reviews. But hair got completely destroyed. Very disappointed. Now have to wait for another 6 months for my hair to grow back. Worst hair cut given. Never again.
