   First time at this shop, never again. Came in to get simple French tip acrylic. They were alright looking compared to other French tips I’ve gotten before. Not even 6hrs later, one of the nails snapped off. I didn’t feel no pain and didn’t even realise till I was washing my hands. Went in to get it fixed and the woman rushed fixing it. The base was a different colour to the other nails, the white at the bottom was also different shaping to other fingers. The woman did not care that it wasn’t matching and told me she was finished. She then had an attitude when I told her the base colour was different, nd then insisted I should pay to fix it and I had to wait 30 mins. Horrible woman not worth £40 for French tip that look funky. I always get my nails done nd they are always up to standard

   I made an appointment with my full detail one days in advance and asked them for a price, been told 18 pounds for gel polish, day after i been there and but they said you didn’t book it . Anyway when I finish they asked for a 25 pound which is 7 pound extra. I asked them how much for remove the gel polish, girl said only a 5 pound but 10 days after been there for a remove after finishing a job they asked for 7 pounds which is 2 pounds extra. twice they give me price and after job done , they asked for a extra, couple of quid extra it not bother me but ripoff people just like that is disgusting. I never go back there.

   Started off a great buisness they knew how to wax and tint brows. They don't ask you how you even want them. My eyebrows were micro bladed and I wanted a wax and dye. I did not want huge slugs painted over my bladed shaped brows thankfully I choose to walk off and wipe the dye myself went home and re did it myself

   your thinking of micro blading/semi permanent make up I would 100% recommended Sherry at Rose Beauty. I have been going to Sherry for removing my old eyebrow tattoo,so she can do my eyebrow microblading wouldn’t go to anyone else for my eyebrows. Her work is second to none, very professional, friendly, relaxing and I’ve always come away over joyed with her work. The pictures of her work speak a 1000 words. Getting my eyebrows done with Sherry was the best decision I’ve made and was not at all painful. Thank you Sherry for doing such a professional job and making me feel so welcome as always xxx
