Michelle and her ladies have really accepted the challenges posed by our COVID situation. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, always welcoming, doing exactly what you ask for with helpful advice. I can really appreciate all that they do, working with their face coverings and visors is not the easiest for them either. Feel totally safe in the salon. What a team!
First time back in the salon today and it was fantastic. Michelle gave me information prior to attending so that I knew what to expect, and once I arrived felt in great hands. Michelle and the girls worked like clockwork, they looked after their customers and in between were cleaning thoroughly the areas where customers had been. The salon was spotless before Covid but Michelle and the girls are really on top of sanitizing and keeping everybody safe with their PPE. Great to be back ! X
First visit after lockdown today, was briefed by Michelle on the phone when booking and afterwards by email as to what to expect in regard to keeping both clients and staff safe. Hand sanitizer as soon as you come in the door, girls had visors on, everything was cleaned after every use, chairs etc., reduced chairs in use to adhere to the one metre plus rule, felt super safe. well done Michelle and girls, it was worth the two hour round trip as always.
