   Don't bother. I wish I read the previous reviews before my time was completely wasted. I turned up to my appointment and the salon was shut. I waited for ages, called multiple times, messaged on all social media and was completely ignored. I then messaged again later when I noticed Kristian was posting on social media but not bothered contacting me still. He replied to say that he had a family emergency and that 'life happens' - very arrogant and passive aggressive response. I messaged back to say it's hard to believe given all the previous reviews of people who had had the same experience as me, and he responded back with love heart emojis? Complete waste of my time and very unprofessional and arrogant owner. Avoid.

   Absolutely shocking. Left me waiting outside in the cold for 40 mins before my first appointment, turned my hair yellow in my second appointment, never even got a third appointment because he ignored 3 weeks worth of messages and calls to book another appointment to fix the yellow, and when I finally managed to get an appointment I was turned away at the door and told to come back tomorrow morning. I did and he never turned up. Didn't contact me to explain that he wasnt coming or apologise. Didnt answer any calls. Was posting on Instagram all day. After 24 hours I messaged to ask what had happened and got a very rude and defensive response. One of his ex employees works at my current salon and said he owes them money. They totally validated my entire experience and said it was a regular occurrence. Despite some positive reviews here (when he's good, he's really good) the entire thing made me reallt uncomfortable, ruined my hair and cost me time and money. It's not worth the risk. Avoid.

   I had such a wonderful time visiting Tramp Hair Boutique. Kris (aka my rock n roll fairy godmother!) took an extremely anxious and scared person and transformed me into a much more confident, sexy woman with the miracle of a haircut. I was very broad with what I wanted my hair to look like and the restyle I was given was absolutely perfect. In fact, I was shocked my hair could look that good! The salon had a relaxed, fun vibe to it with brilliant music and great conversation. Kris really catered to the challenges I brought and made me feel right at home from the very start. Thank you so much Kris! I had an absolute blast and you've got a customer for life with me! PS the curls stayed in for the evening activities :D

   Spent years trying different local salons and now Tramp is now the only place I will go for my haircuts. Always a top quality cut, love the styling and atmosphere in the salon and Kristian is always friendly and interesting to chat to. Always recommend.

   I’m gutted to be leaving a 1 star review for this salon - it could be so amazing if it was being run properly. Awful customer service - Kristian literally doesn’t care. My first visit was amazing - cool tunes, fab cut - was really impressed. On my second visit, Kristian had palmed me off on the new hairdresser without any warning. I wasn’t happy with my cut so emailed to complain. I was offered a free cut. I emailed to arrange the appointment, and got no reply. Emailed again, and managed to arrange a day but not a time. Emailed again, and again - no replies. I’m now missing my work’s online Christmas do to get a cut somewhere else - the only time slot I could get at such short notice before Christmas. So disappointed- this could be an awesome place, but from reading other reviews it seems Kristian is chasing customer after customer away through bad management & lack of customer service.

   Excellent hairdressers, I have a hairdye allergy so they worked with me to come to a solution where the dye wouldn't touch my skin so I could still have a colour whereas other hairdressers would run a mile.
