   I bought my travel system, nursery furniture, Moses basket and so much more from this shop. The staff we're so lovely and helpful everytime I visited, they spent a fair amount of time answering my many first time mum questions and recommended some really fantastic products. Staff helped install the carseat and all the big items were only delivered when we wanted and our nursery was ready. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

   We always receive excellent service at Affordable Baby. Over the last 12 months, we've purchased prams and car seats, and every experience has been consistently positive. During our most recent visit, we bought a car seat, and Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She even assisted with fitting the seat into my parents’ car, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Affordable Baby to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be returning soon to purchase another car seat.

   I have been in this shop three times in the past two weeks and had the best service by the staff! I have ended up buying pram, snuzpod and car seat from this store which were all amazing value! I was supported by Amy who gave excellent advice on the safety of the car seat we have chosen! The store keep your items until you are ready for delivery! You also pay 30% deposit in the items and pay off until delivery which is brilliant! I couldn’t be more happy with the service, support and deals that I got and would definitely go back in the future! Thankyou Again Robyn Carr

   Walked in overwhelmed, walked out with our perfect nursery set up. Exactly what my wife had envisioned for our little boy! Huge thanks to Emma J, who was kind and patient, explaining all the options, how things worked and the different colour options of each item etc. I would highly recommend purchasing from here, they are holding our furniture for us until we're ready (which is great when you have a superstitious wife haha) they really know their stuff, have so much stock and a display of items in various colours. From high chairs, to bath seats to full nursery set ups, this store really is a one stop shop for all that you can need! Thank you again to Emma J & Johnny.    I would give 6 stars if I could! We walked in absolutely clueless, and walked out feeling like we actually had some idea what we were doing, what we needed and what worked best and most of all - why! Leanne was more helpful than I can even begin to explain, nothing was too much trouble and no question was too silly for her. She answered everything we asked with ease, kindness and patience. Our items are being held there until we are ready for delivery, which is just another massive bonus for shopping here! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, absolutely lovely staff, a massive stock of prams to test out at your finger tips.    Bought a pushchair less than 6 months ago and somehow a piece of the strap broke today. With a quick call to the shop, they checked that they had the piece in store and swapped it straight away, without question. Great service when we initially bought the chair and very knowledgeable.

   First trip out with the newborn, noticed a problem on egg seat base. Called these and they told me to bring it straight over. 2 lovely staff came out and had a quick look, and identified a faulty base. They replaced for a new one which was checked and refitted in a matter of minutes. We'll impressed with the service, staff were polite and understanding. Now that's what you call good customer service!! Big thanks to all the staff that helped today!!!

   Amazing Customer Service! Really helpful team! Andy and Lisa both made my buying experience a whole lot easier during this pandemic! Being at home and not being able to see the items is extremely difficult but they were helpful with all my queries. If you are a mum at home stressing over baby items needed, then look no further and reach out. We forgot to add a NHS discount, I rang within the same minute to cancel the order, so I can re-order with the discount, they were happy to cancel and refund, but then suggested to refund the difference instead of cancelling the full order, which should arrive in the bank within a couple of days hopefully, so was easier. Just waiting for the pram and car seat to arrive in a couple of days too! Extremely excited! Thanks again both! Looking forward to ordering all my other items, 2 down and many to go :) Thanks Shelly
