My son really struggled with the barbers he would get really worked up and scream the place down. We tried lots of places especially the ones who “specialised” with children’s needs. Started coming to Faisal’s when he was about 3 years old. The kindness and patience these guys have shown has meant the world to us. Our son is no longer afraid or anxious when going to the barbers and he now enjoys the experience, we can’t thank the guys enough.
Been bringing my son with special needs here for years All the staff are so patient he used to really find having his hair cut difficult but the staff were great with him , he now just walks in and sits in the chair no problem

Excellent service for a 6 year old who hates getting his hair cut! Staff always friendly and polite but most importantly patient! Haircuts always perfect and exactly what I ask for! Woukd not go anywhere else

I feel guilty leaving a poor review because the young barber (blonde, beard) was actually really friendly and nice to chat to but he didn't show me the back with the mirror while I was in the shop and now I've got home my flatmates jaw dropped at the skin fade I got. I'm going for a birthday meal tomorrow in town and I'm just gutted the back of my head looks like this.
