   Just want to say thank you much to Lily❤️ 18 year old makeup artist so professional, great customer service and driven to make sure you very happy with her work. She did an amazing makeup look always making sure to ask if I liked what she d done and if I wanted more or to change things throughout the process. Her communication is on point Thank you Lily I had lots of compliments on my makeup on that evening ❤️

   I was very disappointed with the Amy service. The work was clearly done with speed in mind rather than quality. The nail polish was applied unevenly, the nails were not cleaned underneath, and when I politely asked for a correction, the response was, “So what should I do with this?” – seriously?! In the end, Amy did correct it, but with great reluctance and visible dissatisfaction. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.

   I cannot recommend this salon, more so the staff enough. From the very get go I was met with a welcoming and relaxed environment, polite and friendly staff and nothing, and I mean nothing was too much. I had gone to Stacy in particular for a colour correction and needed a lot of help. Stacy during the consultation immediately reassured me and was actually pretty excited about the challenge but what I really appreciated is how Stacy remained realistic and was honest on what she felt she could achieve and that to get where I wanted it would take a couple of appointments. That’s professional, and honest and I really needed that. Stacy has many years of experience and knowledge behind her, pair them with the qualities she has and I knew she would smash it and smash she did. 1 sitting and I can’t believe what she has achieved! I’ve hid my hair, slicked back for weeks and today I wear it down and love it. 100% would I recommend. I feel like me again!

   Fabulous treatment this morning at studio 225 with Steph! I had the pedicure which included massage, heated booties and gel toes. The treatment was so relaxing. My feet are now feeling soft and ready for summer!!!! Highly recommend, lovely staff, lovely professional service.
